General shipping information:

• Your order will be dispatched within 1 - 2 business days. However, there may be a delay during busy period such as additional sale promotions or new products launch. 
• You are responsible for any additional customs taxes/ fees that may occur when your order enters an international country. Packages refused due to customers fail to pay for customs taxes/fees or packages returned due to customers fail to collect by due date will subject to a restocking fee of 20% of order value and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
• No PO BOX address is allowed for international shipping. Packages returned due to due to customers entering a PO box address or incorrect address/postcode will subject to a restocking fee of 20% of order value and the original shipping fees are non-refundable. 
• You are responsible for inputting the correct address at checkout. We will do our best to assist with retrieving parcels if wrong address was input; but in any case the parcels cannot be retrieved, refunds will not be issued. 
• Business Days exclude the weekends and Australian Public Holidays.
